# Panel and navigation

Locate services, balance and your account menus.

**Customer area guide**

These procedures happen in app.WordPane.cloud. For files, databases, SSH users and application configuration, see the control panel guides. Values and options can change; check the summary presented in your account before confirming.

## Find migration, services and documentation

Where to find: Panel → shortcuts; side menu → Documentation

The overview offers new services accompanied by the team, and the side menu opens the documentation center.

- Use Migration of websites / applications to bring projects from another hosting.

- Use email migration to copy messages from external boxes.

- Use Services for applications to request cleaning, maintenance, consulting or development.

- Open Documentation in the side menu to consult the procedures.

## Start with the Panel overview

Where to find: Client area → Panel

The home page brings together the balance, consumption of services and shortcuts for the most frequent tasks.

- Enter the customer area with your account.

- Check balance available, Cost per hour, Monthly Reference and Uncounted this month.

- Read the Balance Forecast and the projection by the end of the month.

- Use Manage servers, Manage emails, Consumer Extract or Indications to open the desired service.

- Use Update financial summary after a service change or a confirmed reload.

**Before continuing**

The forecast considers servers and e-mail boxes. It is an estimate: recharges, prices and capacity changes change the duration. A manually disabled box can continue generating charge.

## Find each client area menu

Where to find: Side menu

Expand Billing and Account to access the respective submenus.

- Servers: consult your VPS and start a creation or connection.

- Emails: Select a domain and administer DNS, boxes and aliases.

- Cloning applications: copy an application, files or database to another server.

- Invoice: Wallet, Consumption and Extracts, Transactions, Automatic Reload and Settings.

- Account: Profile, Security, Access History, Activities, Indications, Operations and Settings.

- Calls: open and track support requests.

The balance at the top opens the Wallet. [control panel](https://wordpane.cloud/en/documentacao/painel-controle/) is accessed by the server and brings together the technical administration of applications. The administration button, when existing, is intended for users with this profile and is not part of the common flow of the client.

## Close your session

Where to find: Top of the customer area → Quit

Close access to shared computers after completing your tasks.

- Save the changes you want to keep and wait for confirmation.

- Click Exit.

- Check that the authenticated session was closed before leaving the computer.
