# Wallet, consumption and billing

Recharge, fees, extracts, invoices, alerts and automatic payment.

**Customer area guide**

These procedures happen in app.WordPane.cloud. For files, databases, SSH users and application configuration, see the control panel guides. Values and options can change; check the summary presented in your account before confirming.

## Reload and add credits to your wallet

Where to find: Billing → Wallet

The balance is used by the contracted WordPane services.

- Inform How much do you want to add?; the minimum recharge displayed is R$20.

- Click Add Credits to Open Finish Payment.

- Check Recharge Value, Subtotal, Fee, Discount and Total payable.

- If there is a coupon, inform him and use Apply; check out the new total.

- Choose Woovi (Pix) or Stripe (card and Pix), depending on the options available.

- Read the policy presented and finish the payment when you wish to reload.

- After confirmation, check out the transaction and update the balance of the portfolio.

### Understand the fields and options

**Rate**: The review presented 4%. Example: R$20 in credits + R$0.80 in fee = R$20.80 to be paid, before possible discount.

**Duration of balance**: Estimate based on current costs; does not guarantee fixed operating time.

### If the result is not expected

I paid and the balance hasn't changed yet.

Check the status in Transactions and confirmation of the payment service. Do not repeat payment without checking; collect proof, time and amount for a call.

## Understand consumption per hour and monthly reference

Where to find: Panel; Invoice → Consumption and extracts

Monthly reference helps to compare services, while actual discounts appear in the statement.

- Check out the Cost per hour and services considered.

- Compare Uncounted this month with the period you want to analyze.

- Read the projection and forecast duration of the balance.

- After changing capacity or hiring resources, update the summary.

**Before continuing**

The rate may vary according to the number of hours of the month and price changes. Do not calculate a current rate only by the rounded value shown in the summary.

The projection considers registered discounts and current tariffs. Canceled services, new hires and reloads change the estimate.

In its own infrastructure, WordPane management and the VPS charged by the provider are distinct expenses.

## Example: a top-up and 72 hours of management

Onde encontrar: Faturamento → Carteira; Consumo e extratos

Educational simulation: one external server, per-server billing, a R$35 reference in a hypothetical 30-day month (720 hours), with no discounts or other services. This is not a quote or a customer statement.

- Top-up: R$20 in credits + a 4% fee (R$0.80) = R$20.80 paid. Available balance is R$20; the fee does not become credit.

- Example rate: R$35 ÷ 720 hours. Keep calculation precision; do not round the hourly rate before multiplying.

- Usage for 72 hours: (R$35 ÷ 720) × 72 = R$3.50. Remaining balance: R$20 − R$3.50 = R$16.50.

- For your account, check the current rate, period and actual deduction under Usage and statements. Check the top-up payment separately under Transactions.

**Before continuing**

Months with a different number of hours, discounts, capacity changes and additional services change the result. The external VPS is paid directly to the provider and is not included in this example’s R$3.50. Balance alerts do not trigger automatic top-ups.

## Filter and export the consolidated extract

Where to find: Invoice → Consumption and extracts → Consolidated extract

The statement gathers consumption per hour, previous charges and storms in the period.

- Choose Service: All, Servers or Emails.

- Set Month and Year and, if necessary, search server, email or IP.

- Click Apply Filters.

- Check period charged, hours registered, average rate and total discounted from each line.

- Open the feature details when available and use Previous/Next to go through the records.

- Use Export CSV page to save the displayed page.

**Before continuing**

Exporting page does not mean exporting the entire history. The average rate is the total registered divided by hours.

The total uses the accuracy of the records. Adding visually rounded values can produce cent difference; the CSV preserves accuracy.

Old records may appear as a historical summary, while new discounts have details per service.

## Check out payments and print an invoice

Where to find: Billing → Transactions

Transactions register recharges; Consumption and extracts record the use of services.

- Update the Transactions table.

- Check out Payment Service, Description, Value, Discount, Date and Time and Status.

- Open Invoice in desired transaction.

- Check identification, number, date, status, net value, rate, discount and total.

- Use Print to open the browser print and, if available, save in PDF.

**Before continuing**

A confirmed recharge is different from a consumption discount. Use the menu corresponding to the problem you are investigating.

## Prepare an automatic recharge

Where to find: Invoicing → Automatic charging

The screen allows you to configure the charge when the balance is below the limit and register a standard form in Stripe.

- Check if the automatic recharge is activated or disabled.

- In Standard Payment Form, use Add Card to register card in Stripe environment.

- When activating automatic recharge, check out the fields presented for minimum balance, value and payment service.

- Review the values and use Save Settings only when you want to enable this charge.

- Check out the saved state and follow payments in Transactions.

**Before continuing**

In the revised account, the option was disabled and there was no default card. The fields after activation and confirmation in Stripe were not executed in this revision.

Balance alerts only send notices; auto charge authorizes a charge. Check which option you are setting up.

## Configure balance alerts by email

Where to find: Billing → Settings → Balance alerts

There is one notice per minimum balance in reais and one by estimated remaining days.

- In the Minimum balance in reals block, choose Receive alert by email and set Balance limit (R$).

- Click Save Alert on this block.

- In the remaining balance Days block, choose Receive alert by email and set Warn when left (days).

- Click Save Alert in the second block.

- Check the saved values and keep the account email updated.

**Before continuing**

The warning for days uses the consumption per hour and occurs up to once every 24 hours in prepaid accounts. It does not recharge the wallet.

## Update the data used in invoices

Where to find: Billing → Settings → Invoicing Data

The billing data has its own form. The CPF/CNPJ also appears in Account → Profile and is synchronized between the two screens.

- Review name, city, e-mail, country, address, region and zip code.

- In Tax Identification Numbers, check the existing fields.

- Use Add to a custom name and tax number when needed; respect the informed restrictions for GST and VAT.

- Check the data and click Save.

- Check the confirmation before you leave.
