Yes, we do provide support in case your server or site is not performing well. You can also get the priority support plans to get support fast.

There are no refunds for credits added to your account. These credits are always available for creating servers and do not expire.

If your credits run out, your servers will be automatically suspended and terminated after 3 days unless you add more.
Please note that we can't recover your data if your servers are canceled due to insufficient credits. To avoid data loss, keep your account credited and regularly back up your files and database using our panel.
