Is the email included on the server?
The email service has separate hiring and charging. The boxes and servers use the credits available in your WordPane account.
How is the price calculated?
The monthly reference is R$ 2.50 multiplied by the contracted GBs of each box. For example, two boxes of 5 GB have monthly reference of R$ 25. The discount of credits is proportional to the time per hour; it does not depend only on the space used. Check the effective tariff on the panel before hiring. Recharges have an additional fee of 4%.
Can I change the space of a box?
Yes. Request the change in the panel. The reduction needs to respect the space already used; the new capacity depends on the limits and availability of the service.
What's an alias?
It is an additional address that delivers messages in a box from the same domain. It is not an independent box with its own storage. Creation has no additional charge and is subject to service limits.
Does deactivating the box stop charging?
No. Access deactivation keeps the box and storage contracted, with charge. When deleting the box, the messages are removed permanently and the billing ends after confirmation of deletion. History remains in the extract.
Where do I ask for backup?
Open a call on the panel and select the email service and the related box. Thus, the team receives the context necessary for the service.
