The customer support is inside the WordPane panel, in the same environment used to hire servers and add credits. Access your account and open a ticket about application, server, account or malfunctions. Enter the affected resource and describe the problem, without sending passwords or access keys.

Create your account, add balance, choose the web server, database and location, set a name and confirm creation. WordPane creates and configures the environment automatically. Then you manage your application directly through the panel.

After confirming the creation in the panel, your server will be created within 10 minutes. When available, you can install and manage your application by the dashboard itself.

You can hire a WordPane Server, connect your own compatible Server, or use My provider to create a server in your Hetzner, DigitalOcean, Linode, Vultr or LetsCloud account. In both client infrastructure options, management is charged hourly, with a monthly ceiling of R$35 per server, using the account credits. The infrastructure continues to be paid directly to your provider.

In My provider, connect a Hetzner, DigitalOcean, Linode, Vultr or LetsCloud account. For WordPane Server, the current catalog uses Hetzner in six regions: Falkenstein, Nuremberg, Helsinki, Ashburn, Hillsboro and Singapore. Compare Standard settings and dedicated CPU in the plan area and confirm the panel availability when creating your server.

In the self-server and My provider options, the management is discounted per hour from credits, with a monthly ceiling of R$ 35 per server. There is no advance discount on a full tuition. The panel warns when the balance is low. After 1 day without sufficient credits, the server loses the connection with the WordPane panel, but continues to work on the client's provider. The infrastructure continues to be paid to your provider. Add credits to the account to pay the management; the recharge has a 4% rate added to the payment.

You add credits to the account. The infrastructure contracted by the panel is discounted by the hour; the server management itself and My provider is also charged per hour, with a monthly ceiling of R$ 35 per server. The following rules of suspension and deletion refer to the infrastructure contracted by the panel. Shutting down the server maintains the charge: it ends only after effective removal. Recharges do not have reimbursement by simple dropout, save legal hypotheses. No balance, the server is suspended after 1 day and definitively deleted after 7 days, counted from the end of credits. terms and Refund policy.

Each active box is charged per hour for the space contracted, from 1 GB. The current reference is R$ 2.50 per GB/month. Disabling access does not cancel the box; deletion needs to be confirmed. The suspension per balance follows the service's own tolerance. See the e-mail conditions.

No. The link can generate credit bonuses when the specified one meets the conditions. Eligible recharges accumulate in the cumulative model, without including fees or bonuses. Stolen payments can cause reversal of related bonuses. See the referral rules and the values in force in the panel.

Apache, Nginx and OpenLiteSpeed use MySQL or MariaDB. Stack Node.js, displayed in beta, uses Nginx, MongoDB and Redis. Operating system options include Ubuntu 22.04 and 24.04, as available.
