Create a VPS in your provider account

Where to find: Create server → My provider

The catalog offers Hetzner, DigitalOcean, Linode / Akamai, Vultr, LetsCloud, OneProvider / OneCloud, Magalu Cloud and AWS Lightsail.

  1. Choose the provider and select an account from Connected Accounts.
  2. If necessary, use Connecting another account. Hetzner, Vultr and LetsCloud use API token; DigitalOcean and Linode use authorization on the provider's website; OneProvider / OneCloud uses API Key and Client Key; Magalu Cloud uses API Key and AWS Lightsail uses IAM credentials.
  3. At Hetzner, the form guides you to create the token in project → Security → API Tokens with reading and writing. Inform Connection Name and API Token, then connect.
  4. If you have expired authorization, use Reconnect and complete the authorization in your provider account.
  5. Click Configure VPS and check out Destination of the new server. Use Change account if needed.
  6. Define name, location, system, plan category, resources and technologies.
  7. Compare the price of VPS in the provider's currency with the WordPane Real Management Tariff.
  8. Read the authorization, check the destination account and confirm the creation only after reviewing the two costs.
  9. Follow Operations and also the resources in your provider account.

OneProvider / OneCloud

Where to find: Create server → My provider → OneProvider / OneCloud

The documentation of this provider now has its own guide in the Providers category.

Access OneProvider / OneCloud's full guide.

Check out technologies, database and installer

Where to find: VPS Configuration → Technologies

The options depend on the reference application and the chosen form.

  1. Check the recommendation, but validate the requirements of your project.
  2. Compare Apache and Nginx with PHP/PHP-FPM and OpenLiteSpeed with LSPHP.
  3. Select MySQL or MariaDB when made available for PHP stack.
  4. Read the summary of applications available in the installer.
  5. Use Add Node.js to the server when your project needs it and the option is offered.
  6. Check the enabled database on the screen; do not assume that adding Node.js transforms MySQL/MariaDB into MongoDB.
