Wallet, consumption and billing
Recharge, fees, extracts, invoices, alerts and automatic payment.
These procedures happen in app.WordPane.cloud. For files, databases, SSH users and application configuration, see the control panel guides. Values and options can change; check the summary presented in your account before confirming.
Reload and add credits to your wallet
Where to find: Billing → Wallet
The balance is used by the contracted WordPane services.
- Inform How much do you want to add?; the minimum recharge displayed is R$20.
- Click Add Credits to Open Finish Payment.
- Check Recharge Value, Subtotal, Fee, Discount and Total payable.
- If there is a coupon, inform him and use Apply; check out the new total.
- Choose Woovi (Pix) or Stripe (card and Pix), depending on the options available.
- Read the policy presented and finish the payment when you wish to reload.
- After confirmation, check out the transaction and update the balance of the portfolio.
Understand the fields and options
- Rate
- The review presented 4%. Example: R$20 in credits + R$0.80 in fee = R$20.80 to be paid, before possible discount.
- Duration of balance
- Estimate based on current costs; does not guarantee fixed operating time.
If the result is not expected
I paid and the balance hasn't changed yet.
Check the status in Transactions and confirmation of the payment service. Do not repeat payment without checking; collect proof, time and amount for a call.
Understand consumption per hour and monthly reference
Where to find: Panel; Invoice → Consumption and extracts
Monthly reference helps to compare services, while actual discounts appear in the statement.
- Check out the Cost per hour and services considered.
- Compare Uncounted this month with the period you want to analyze.
- Read the projection and forecast duration of the balance.
- After changing capacity or hiring resources, update the summary.
Filter and export the consolidated extract
Where to find: Invoice → Consumption and extracts → Consolidated extract
The statement gathers consumption per hour, previous charges and storms in the period.
- Choose Service: All, Servers or Emails.
- Set Month and Year and, if necessary, search server, email or IP.
- Click Apply Filters.
- Check period charged, hours registered, average rate and total discounted from each line.
- Open the feature details when available and use Previous/Next to go through the records.
- Use Export CSV page to save the displayed page.
Check out payments and print an invoice
Where to find: Billing → Transactions
Transactions register recharges; Consumption and extracts record the use of services.
- Update the Transactions table.
- Check out Payment Service, Description, Value, Discount, Date and Time and Status.
- Open Invoice in desired transaction.
- Check identification, number, date, status, net value, rate, discount and total.
- Use Print to open the browser print and, if available, save in PDF.
Prepare an automatic recharge
Where to find: Invoicing → Automatic charging
The screen allows you to configure the charge when the balance is below the limit and register a standard form in Stripe.
- Check if the automatic recharge is activated or disabled.
- In Standard Payment Form, use Add Card to register card in Stripe environment.
- When activating automatic recharge, check out the fields presented for minimum balance, value and payment service.
- Review the values and use Save Settings only when you want to enable this charge.
- Check out the saved state and follow payments in Transactions.
Configure balance alerts by email
Where to find: Billing → Settings → Balance alerts
There is one notice per minimum balance in reais and one by estimated remaining days.
- In the Minimum balance in reals block, choose Receive alert by email and set Balance limit (R$).
- Click Save Alert on this block.
- In the remaining balance Days block, choose Receive alert by email and set Warn when left (days).
- Click Save Alert in the second block.
- Check the saved values and keep the account email updated.
Update the data used in invoices
Where to find: Billing → Settings → Invoicing Data
The billing data has its own form. The CPF/CNPJ also appears in Account → Profile and is synchronized between the two screens.
- Review name, city, e-mail, country, address, region and zip code.
- In Tax Identification Numbers, check the existing fields.
- Use Add to a custom name and tax number when needed; respect the informed restrictions for GST and VAT.
- Check the data and click Save.
- Check the confirmation before you leave.
