Meet the Control Panel
Map of menus, concepts and first procedures within the server.
The procedures below take place inside the server. The English labels help locate the controls on the screen. Account, balance and hiring belong to the client area.
Start with the correct server
Where to find: Server Panel → Overview
The Control Panel manages the environment of a server: applications, files, databases, users and services. The client area manages hiring, balance and account services. Check the name of the server, its IP and technology before any procedure.
- Open the server control panel that hosts the project.
- Check the Connected indicator. If disconnected, see the status of the server before attempting operations.
- Use Expand (expand) to consult operating system, web server, database, agent version, time zone and features.
- Open Applications and click the project name to enter the tools of this application. Back to Applications returns to the list; Back to Server returns to the server.
Screenplay to publish your first application
Where to find: Applications → Create an Application
Prepare domain, application requirements and a recovery routine before publishing.
- Check out the server's technology and resources.
- Create the application by the installer, by Git or by the custom method.
- Check out the system user and associated database. Panel user, system user, application administrator and database user are different accounts.
- Send or publish the files in the correct webroot and complete the application configuration.
- List domains and adjust DNS; issue and test SSL.
- Test pages, login, uploads and operations that use database.
- Connect a storage, create a first copy, and configure the backup schedule.
- Confirm that the production site is accessible and that testing, debug and maintenance options are adequate.
See the guidebooks of applications, users and SSH and backups to perform each step.
How to check an operation and ask for help
Where to find: Resource list → Status; Activity Log; Logs
Saving a form does not prove that a task has ended. Check the resource in the list, status and actual result in the project.
- Wait for the panel response and update the list by reload button.
- Confirm that the created item appears and the fields match what you requested.
- Test the purpose of the task: open the domain, connect to the database, access by SFTP or check the copy in storage.
- If there is a failure, write down the procedure, time and message displayed. Please refer to the application and server logs.
- When opening service, please inform the name of the server and application, action, time zone and error message. Remove passwords, tokens and personal data from the attachments.
