OneProvider / OneCloud
API Key, Client Key, OneCloud project, plans and collection of VPS.

Connect and configure a VPS in OneProvider / OneCloud
Where to find: Create server → My provider → OneProvider / OneCloud
Integration creates a VPS in your OneProvider / OneCloud account and installs WordPane management. The flow features Choose Account and Configure VPS.
- Choose an account in Connected Accounts or click Connect another account.
- For a new connection, open Access API in OneProvider, enable API and copy API Key and Client Key. If there is IP restriction, allow WordPane server; ask support for the correct IP when needed.
- Inform Connection Name, API Key and Client Key in their respective fields and click Connect Account. Connection validation does not create a VPS.
- Select the connected account and click Configure VPS. Please wait for the plan query.
- Check Destination of the new server and select Project OneCloud. Use Change Account if you need to change your destination account.
- Inform Server Name, choose Location and select 64-bit Ubuntu 22.04 or 24.04.
- Choose category: General use, High performance, Storage, Development or Other plans. Compare the resources, monthly reference price and hourly price of available plans.
- Choose the plan, web server, database and Node.js option when needed and offered. The reference application guides the recommendation, but is not installed at this stage.
- In Review and create, check out the account, OneCloud Project, VPS price and WordPane management tariff. Read the authorization before marking the confirmation and use Create VPS on OneProvider.
- Follow the installation in Account → Operations and check the VPS in the project chosen in the provider. Install the application by the Control Panel after the server becomes available.
Understand the fields and options
- Connection name
- Account identification in WordPane; use a name that helps you recognize your destination.
- Key and Client Key API
- They are two distinct credentials. The interface informs you that they are encrypted and are not displayed again. Never send these values on call or catch.
- OneCloud Project
- Set the destination project for the new VPS. Check out the project also in the summary before creation.
- Location and plan
- Availability is consulted by the API and can change at the time of creation. São Paulo appeared in the catalogue of regions observed, without guarantee of inventory.
- Costs
- The VPS is paid directly to the provider in the currency of your account. WordPane management is charged in reais per hour after completion of the installation; the observed revision has R$35 per month of reference and tolerance of 1 day without balance. Check the current values.
If the result is not expected
No plan is available
Check the category count, try another category or location and use Update Plans. A plan disabled with Unavailable at this location cannot be selected; the existence of the region does not guarantee stock.
Connection not validated
Check if API is enabled, whether API Key and Client Key are in the right fields, and whether IP restriction allows WordPane server. Register the error message without sharing credentials.
The destination is incorrect
Use Swap Account to review the connected account and check out OneCloud Project before you authorize creation.
