WhatsApp and notifications

Register your number, choose notices, and see services through WhatsApp.

These procedures happen in app.WordPane.cloud. For files, databases, SSH users and application configuration, see the control panel guides. Values and options can change; check the summary presented in your account before confirming.

Register your WhatsApp and authorize the notices

Where to find: Account → Profile → WhatsApp Notifications

WhatsApp preferences have their own save button, separate from Update profile.

  1. Open Account → Profile and locate Notifications by WhatsApp.
  2. Fill out Your WhatsApp with country code, DDD and number. Example of Brazilian format: +55 51 99999-9999.
  3. Mark I want to receive notifications of my services by WhatsApp.
  4. Select the warning types you want to receive.
  5. Click Save WhatsApp preferences and check out the confirmation displayed.
  6. When returning to Profile, check the number and options saved.

You can select notices from different account services.

Understand the fields and options

First Use
Welcome and first-use guidance.
Wallet and consumption
Approved charging, close-to-end balance, sold-out balance and daily consumption summary.
Support
Open call, call answered by the team and called closed.
Servers
Registered server, server ready and server removed.
Other services
Changes in e-mail boxes and alert updates.

Where to find: WordPane's WhatsApp Chat

The Profile guides sending menu or help to check balance, consumption or make a refill by WhatsApp.

  1. In conversation with WordPane's official channel, send menu or help.
  2. Read the received options and choose the desired query or reload.
  3. Before paying, check the amount and conditions presented.
  4. After confirmation, check out the transaction and balance also in the customer area.

Change the number or disable the warnings

Where to find: Account → Profile → WhatsApp Notifications

You can disable the warnings at any time.

  1. To change contact, update Your WhatsApp.
  2. To no longer receive a warning, uncheck the corresponding category.
  3. To disable the warnings by WhatsApp, uncheck I want to receive notifications of my services by WhatsApp.
  4. Click Save WhatsApp preferences and check out the result.

If the result is not expected

I don't get notifications.

Check the country code number and DDD, the general authorization, the desired category and the save. If you persist, open a call informing the type of notice and the time of the event, without sharing access codes.

I can't find a reload document

Check the received confirmation buttons and transaction on the panel. Request Calling guidance if the desired document is not available.
