Customer area guide

These procedures happen in app.WordPane.cloud. For files, databases, SSH users and application configuration, see the control panel guides. Values and options can change; check the summary presented in your account before confirming.

Locate a server and check its resources

Where to find: Servers

The table brings together name, IP, kernels, memory, disk, web server, database and operating system.

  1. Use Search server to locate the project.
  2. Use Update servers to get the current status.
  3. Check the name and IP before opening any action.
  4. Expand Details on line to check configuration, provider, situation, rate and start of charge.

Open the server control panel

Where to find: Servers → action Server Panel

The control panel brings together technical operation: applications, files, databases, backups and SSH.

  1. Locate the correct VPS and confirm your IP.
  2. Use the access action to the server panel on the same line.
  3. Wait for access to the environment and select the desired application.
  4. See the panel guides to perform the technical procedures.

Start with overview of the control panel. To install applications, see Applications.

If the result is not expected

Check Operations, server status and connectivity. Log schedule and message; do not recreate VPS to try to resolve access.

See the extract of a server

Where to find: Servers → Access server extract

Use the receipt action on the VPS line to investigate resource charges.

  1. Check the server in the table.
  2. Open Access server extract.
  3. Please refer to the period and available records.
  4. Compare with Invoice → Consumption and extracts to check the consolidated total.

Follow deploys, clonings and exclusions

Where to find: Account → Operations

The list automatically updates every 15 seconds and also offers Update.

  1. Choose Operation: All, Deploy and connection, Cloning or Deletion and removal.
  2. Choose Situation: All, In progress, Need attention or Finished.
  3. Open Details in the resource to read the progress and information available.
  4. Check states such as Available, Required Verification, Deleted or Removed VPS from panel.
  5. If you require attention, save the message and open a call linked to the server.

Review the consequences before deleting or removing

Where to find: Servers → Delete Server action

The effect depends on the infrastructure modality and the options presented in the confirmation.

  1. Make a copy of the data and check that you can retrieve it.
  2. Check name, IP, affected applications and VPS mode.
  3. Read full confirmation to identify whether it ends management or excludes infrastructure.
  4. If you decide to proceed, confirm the corresponding action in your account.
  5. Follow Operations and check out the result; see the final extract.
  6. For own infrastructure or My provider, check separately whether VPS remains active and is charged to the provider.
